Full Desc
As used herein, the term “Panel” refers to one or more structures, members, components, frameworks, assemblies, or combinations thereof having or defining a generally extended surface, body, region, or area and configured to form at least part of a wall, boundary, cover, enclosure, support, barrier, or other structure. A panel may be rigid, semi-rigid, flexible, or combinations thereof and may be planar, curved, contoured, angled, segmented, or otherwise shaped. A panel need not be flat, continuous, solid, uniform in thickness, unitary, or formed of a single material and may include layered, framed, perforated, cellular, lattice, mesh, fabric-based, composite, or other constructions. A panel may be fixed, movable, removable, foldable, articulated, or otherwise configured relative to another panel, structure, or reference. A panel may be joined, hinged, interconnected, adjacent to, overlapping with, spaced from, or otherwise coupled or positioned relative to one or more other panels. In certain embodiments, a panel may form at least part of a cover panel, cover section, cargo cover, cargo platform, wall, support structure, or other component of a cargo apparatus.
