Full Desc
As used herein, the term “Cover Section” refers to a region, portion, component, member, assembly, or group of components that forms or is configured to form at least part of a cover or covering structure. A cover section may be physically, geometrically, or functionally distinguishable from another portion of the cover and need not be removable, separable, or divided from another cover section by a visible boundary. A cover section may include a unitary member or one or more interconnected, adjacent, overlapping, or spatially separated members and may be rigid, semi-rigid, flexible, foldable, rollable, articulated, segmented, retractable, or otherwise configured. In certain embodiments, a cover section may form part of a cargo cover and may include one or more cover panels. A first cover section, a second cover section, or both may be fixed or movable relative to one another or relative to a vehicle, cargo area, support structure, or other reference and may be positioned or moved between an open position, a closed position, or one or more intermediate or other positions.
