As used herein, the term “Coupled” refers to a relationship in which two or more components, structures, or assemblies may be connected, joined, associated, supported, engaged, or otherwise linked so that a force, movement, position, function, or structural relationship may be transferred or maintained between them. Coupling may be direct or indirect and may include one or more intervening components. In certain embodiments, coupled components may be fixed relative to one another, movable relative to one another, selectively connected, releasably connected, permanently connected, or otherwise associated.
