Full Desc
As used herein, the term “Closed Position” refers to a position, state, orientation, or configuration of one or more components, members, devices, structures, assemblies, interfaces, or combinations thereof in which an opening, region, space, passage, volume, or other area may be at least partially covered, enclosed, shielded, blocked, restricted, secured, or otherwise made less accessible relative to another position or configuration. A closed position does not require complete closure, enclosure, obstruction, sealing, or isolation and may include partially closed, intermediate, overlapping, engaged, deployed, or other configurations that perform or contribute to a closing or covering function. A component may occupy a closed position independently of, concurrently with, or differently from one or more other components. In certain embodiments, a closed position may include a position in which a cargo cover, cover section, or cover panel extends over, across, above, or otherwise covers at least a portion of a cargo area. A cargo cover in a closed position may completely or partially cover, shield, protect, secure, or enclose the cargo area, and one or more other cover sections or cover panels may remain open, partially open, repositioned, or otherwise differently configured.
