"One-way tether lock" refers to a structure, component, apparatus, or device configured, designed, and/or engineered to securely engage a tether. Specifically, a one-way tether lock is configured to engage with a tether that extends into the one-way tether lock in a first direction and hinder, mitigate, arrest, or stop movement of the tether or one-way tether lock relative to each other in a second direction that is not the first direction.
