As used herein, “anatomic mapping” refers to a process of determining one or more points, landmarks, or features of an anatomic structure of a patient. In certain aspects, an anatomic mapping can generate a set of anatomic data representative of a structure of a patient. Anatomic mapping may be performed on structures of a patient, of a physical model of an anatomical structure, or on computer model of an anatomical structure.
