"Non-volatile memory array" refers to a set of non-volatile storage cells (also referred to as memory cells or non-volatile memory cells) organized into an array structure having rows and columns. A memory array is addressable using a row identifier and a column identifier.Depending on the context, a non-volatile memory array may refer to rows and columns of memory cells within a plane of a memory die, within a plurality of planes of the memory die, within a plurality of memory die within a non-volatile storage device, or within a plurality of non-volatile storage devices of a system.
