Full Desc
"Ripple arrester" refers to a circuit, sub-circuit, circuitry, electronic component, hardware, software, firmware, module, logic, device, or apparatus configured, programmed, designed, arranged, or engineered to detect and/or mitigate a fluctuation in voltage from a voltage source such as a driver circuit (e.g., charge pump). In particular, a ripple arrester may mitigate spikes in a source voltage from a charge pump, such as a VPGM voltage supplied for word lines.
