Said another way, the proximal arm 1930 and the distal arm 1940 may be positioned extending from the body 1910 such that the arms extend over a dorsal surface of the first cuneiform 210 and a dorsal surface of the first metatarsal 230. In another embodiment, the proximal arm 1930 and the distal arm 1940 may be positioned extending from the body 1910 near the medial end 2004.
