14.The arthroplasty implant system of claim 13, wherein the tether couples the arthroplasty implant to the bone anchor through a bone tunnel that extends from the bone pocket such that when the tether couples the arthroplasty implant to the bone anchor at least a portion of the edge contacts a surface of the bone pocket below the distal articular surface.
