The surgeon may thread the proximal end 842 through a loop in the suture threader 910. Next, the surgeon may pull the suture threader 910 out of the bone tunnel 862 from the proximal end 866 and thereby pass the proximal end 842 of the tether 840 through the bone tunnel 862.
