In the illustrated embodiment, the pin 836 of the engagement member 818 sits within the socket 880 of the inserter 806 (only the body 854 is illustrated in FIG. 49). FIG. 49 illustrates details of features for limiting a range of angles for the guide 802 in relation to the inserter 806 and/or fastener 804.
