The suture anchor 700 has an anchor body 702, a proximal member 704 joined to the anchor body 702 by a frangible connection 706 and an interference member 770. The frangible connection may include, for example, a thin wall (as shown), a perforated section, an intermediate material such as an adhesive, and/or other suitable frangible constructions or structures.
