In certain embodiments, the medial bone plate 400 is connectable to other implants such as an intramedullary nail, lateral bone plate, other medial bone plate, arthroplasty implant, or the like. The medial bone plate 400 may connect to these other implants using fasteners or may connect by way of connectors that may be formed in one or the other or both of the medial bone plate 400 and the other implant.
