Figure 2C is a perspective view of the adapter 204 of FIG. 2A, according to one embodiment. Figure 2C shows the second coupling 218, third coupling 220, and body 222 in more details. In certain embodiments, the second coupling 218, third coupling 220, and body 222 have a circular longitudinal cross section. Other shaped longitudinal cross sections can also be used.
