As shown, the cutting guide 1200 may have a body 1210 with a monolithic construction and the general shape of a rectangular prism. The body 1210 may reside on the dorsal surfaces of the first cuneiform and the first metatarsus to provide proper alignment of the body 1210 with the metatarsocuneiform joint.
