Figure 8 is a top view of an implant assembly 800, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The implant assembly 800 may serve as a vertebral assembly. In the illustrated embodiment, the implant assembly 800 supports three levels 704 (e.g., level 704a, level 704b, and level 704c). The present disclosure supports move levels 704 as well. In one embodiment, the implant assembly 100 can support 5 levels and may include four rotatable structures 112, four pairs of screw openings 106, and four corresponding pair of screws 104.
