In the illustrated embodiment, the tab 124 extends from a first side 126 of the upper endplate 110 and a second side 128 lacks a tab 124. The tab 124 serves to keep the upper endplate 110 aligned longitudinally with the lower endplate 112. The tab 124 may be configured to slidably engage with the lower endplate 112.
