Figure 3B is a perspective top view of a distal end 180 of the expandable intervertebral implant 300 of Figure 3A. In the illustrated embodiment, like parts are identified by common numbers in other figures. The embodiment of Figure 3A includes an upper plate 110, a lower plate 120, a first lattice 130, a second lattice 140, an opening 150, and an expansion mechanism 160 as described in relation to Figures 1A and 1B.
