The lower plate 120 may include a first lower side 122 and a second lower side 124 (See Figure 1B). In one embodiment, the first lower side 122 is at, or near, a longitudinal edge of the lower plate 120 and the second lower side 124 is at, or near, an opposite longitudinal edge of the lower plate 120.
