For example, an “upper plate” can include a plate positioned on, near, or integrated with, a structure such that the plate is at, or near, a top of the structure. Similarly, a “lower plate” can include a plate positioned on, near, or integrated with, a structure such that the plate is at, or near, a bottom of the structure.
