FIGURE 9 illustrates a lock-out mechanism 130 that can include a set screw 908. The set screw 908 has threads that engage with threads of an opening 910 in the superior body 136. Moving the set screw 908 into the opening 910 activates the lock-out mechanism 130 and prevents rotation of the pin 158 and connected pivot plate 148. Moving the set screw 908 out of the opening 910 deactivates the lock-out mechanism 130 and permits rotation of the pin 158 and connected pivot plate 148.
