FIGURE 1C illustrates an embodiment that includes a lock-out mechanism 130, a pair of grips 132, and a handle 134. As used herein, a "handle" refers to a structure used to hold, control, or manipulate a device, apparatus, component, tool, or the like. A “handle” may be designed to be grasped and/or held in one or more hands of a user.
