The system 1000 provides models of bones positioned and oriented relative to each other according to a deformity condition that matches a deformity of bones of the patient's foot. In the illustrated example, the model 1312 includes a first metatarsal 208 in a deformed condition 1330, a first proximal phalange in a deformed condition 1332, and a first distal phalange in a deformed condition 1334.
