Thus, if the medical imager 1010 uses a three dimensional Cartesian coordinate system, the system 1000 uses this same three dimensional Cartesian coordinate system. In this manner, the bone models in the model 1312 reflect the same position and/or orientation of the bones of the patient. Consequently, any abnormality and/or deformity present in the bones of the patient is reflected in the model 1312.
