Figure 47B illustrates a dorsal perspective view of the pin guide 4440. In one embodiment, the pin guide 4440 include a passage slot 4444. The resection features 4422 may be configured to accept and pass an end of a fastener such as first fastener 4410a, second fastener 4410b, and/or third fastener 4410c.
