Figure 42C is a rear/medial view of one example embodiment of a positioning guide 3810b that can be used in the osteotomy system 3800. Figure 42C illustrates a bone engagement surface 4210 that may be patient-specific and can be used to register the positioning guide 3810b to a bone of a patient. Advantageously, the bone engagement surface 4210 can be generated based at least in part on a bone model of a bone of a patient.
