In the illustrated embodiment, the alignment features of the positioning guide 3810b may extend from a lateral side 4214 to a medial side 4216 at an angle other than perpendicular each of the sides. Advantageously, the angle used for one or more of the alignment features may be predetermined and/or may be patient-specific. Those of skill in the art will appreciate that other aspects of the alignment features may be predetermined and/or patient-specific. For example, the position of the alignment features may be patient-specific.
