After the stage of an osteotomy procedure illustrated in Figure 24G, a surgeon may temporarily or permanently fixate the posterior bone fragment 2114 and the anterior bone fragment 2116. In one embodiment, a surgeon may deploy fixation across an osteotomy between the posterior bone fragment 2114 and the anterior bone fragment 2116.
