As also shown in Figure 24A, method 2400 may include sliding the positioning guide along the posterior pin and anterior pin until the positioning guide contacts the posterior bone fragment and the anterior bone fragment (block 2420). For example, a surgeon may slide the positioning guide along the posterior pin and anterior pin until the positioning guide contacts the posterior bone fragment and the anterior bone fragment, as described herein.
