In particular, the resection guide 2020 may include a plantar landmark registration feature 2041a. In another embodiment, the resection guide 2020 may include a dorsal landmark registration feature 2041b. See for example, Figure 21E. Alternatively, or in addition, the resection guide 2020 can include a landmark registration feature 2041 that extends from any side of the resection guide 2020.
