In the illustrated embodiment, bone engagement features 830 of the tibial resection guide 822 and/or the talus resection guide 824 can include a bone engagement surface that matches, at least partially matches, and/or substantially matches, a surface of the bones the respective guides will contact when the guides are positioned for use.
