An anterior-posterior axis extends perpendicularly into and out of the view in FIG. 13C and the view illustrates a cross-section of the resection interface 884. FIG. 13C illustrates that the cross-section of the resection interface 884 is a polygonal cross-section. In the illustrated embodiment, the polygonal cross-section includes five resected sides of the talus 222 and five resected sides of the tibia 226.
