An anterior-posterior axis extends perpendicularly into and out of the view in FIG. 13B and the view illustrates a cross-section of the resection interface 884. FIG. 13B illustrates that the cross-section of the resection interface 884 is a polygonal cross-section. In the illustrated embodiment, the polygonal cross-section includes two resected sides of the talus 222 and at least one side of the tibia 226.
