FIGs. 15A-15B illustrate dorsal perspective views of a foot including a tendon trajectory guide, according to an alternative embodiment. FIG. 15A illustrates one embodiment of a tendon trajectory guide 1320 in which the port body 1350 serves as a handle for using the tendon trajectory guide 1320. FIG. 15B illustrates an alternative embodiment in which the body 1332 of the tendon trajectory guide 1320 includes a coupler for coupling to a coupler of a separate handle 922. The embodiments of FIGs 15A and 15B may have many structures, features, and functions, operations, and configuration similar or identical to those of the soft tissue rearrangement system 1300 described in relation to FIG. 13, like parts are identified with the same reference numerals. The embodiment of the tendon trajectory guide 1320 of FIG. 15A is illustrated in FIGs. 16A-16C.
