A patient may present with a variety of conditions. To correct or mitigate these conditions, a tendon trajectory guide 1120 according to the present disclosure can be used to address dorsiflexion, plantar flexion, angular correction of a bone segment or any bone, flat foot, club foot, or a variety of foot, hand, or joint conditions.
