Advantageously, the trajectory port 924 and/or opening 948 may extend from the body 932 at any angle needed to provide a desired trajectory angle. In one embodiment, the opening 948 extends perpendicular to the body 932. In another embodiment, the opening 948 extends at an angle between about 5 degrees and about 85 degrees relative to the body 932.
