FIG. 11 illustrates a stage when the surgeon has deployed two or more fasteners 710a,b (e.g., K-wires) through the holes 764 of the first bone attachment feature 1116 and the second bone attachment feature 1118. In certain embodiments, the second bone attachment feature 1118 and/or the first bone attachment feature 1116 can include an additional hole for another fastener. The additional hole and fastener can help keep the resection guide 720 in place during resection and alignment operations.
