In certain embodiments, the proximal resection feature 758 may extend from near the dorsal side 742 to near the plantar side 738. In other embodiments, one of, or both of, the proximal resection feature 758 and the distal resection feature 762 may extend from one of the dorsal side 742 or the plantar side 738 of the body 732.
