The resection guide 1920b includes an anterior side 1036, a posterior side 1034, a medial side 1040, a lateral side 1038, a superior side 1042, and an inferior side 1044. FIG. 21A is an inferior perspective view. FIG. 21B is a superior perspective view. FIG. 21C is a lateral side perspective view. FIG. 21D is a medial side perspective view. In one embodiment, the resection guide 1920b may include proximal end 1051 and a distal end 1053.
