FIG. 18A illustrates the distal tibia resection guide 1810b and the distal fibula resection guide 1820b deployed on the tibia 224 and fibula 226. FIG. 18 illustrates that the members of the system 1800 are tailored to the needs of a specific patient. The length of the distal tibia resection guide 1810b is longer because a larger wedge is being resected. A proximal resection feature 1022a may be perpendicular to the bone surface and to a longitudinal axis of the bone and a distal resection feature 1022b may be angled to form the wedge.
