FIG. 18 illustrates a system 1800 that includes an example resection guide deployed on a medial surface of a distal tibia 224. The system 1800 includes a distal tibia resection guide 1810b similar to resection guide 1020c and a distal fibula resection guide 1820b. In FIG. 18B, the tibia 224 and fibula 226 are shown using a transparent representation to enable visualization of a placement feature 1510.
