The reduction anchor 1630a and reduction stabilizer 1650a may operate and function in a similar manner to the reduction anchor 1630 and/or reduction stabilizer 1650 described previously. One difference however is that when using the reduction guide 1660d with the resection guide 1020e, after resection using the resection features 1022, the fifth fastener 1611 in the hole 1617 can be removed and the fourth fastener 1615 and third fastener 1610 can remain in the distal bone fragment 224a after resection and during reduction. In this manner, a surgeon can maintain stable and secure control of the distal bone fragment 224a during resection and throughout the reduction stage of a surgical procedure. Those of skill in the art will appreciate that the fastener lock 1666 and fastener lock 1667 can be embodied in other forms and configurations and still meet the subject matter disclosed in the present disclosure.
