In the illustrated embodiment, the fastener 1682 may include an extension 1684 and a recess 1686. In one embodiment, one extension 1684 may extend from a back surface 1670 of the reduction stabilizer 1650 and fit within and engage with a recess 1686 within the front surface 1638 of the reduction anchor 1630. Alternatively, or in addition, one extension 1684 may extend from a front surface 1638 of the reduction anchor 1630 and fit within and engage with a recess 1686 within the back surface 1670 of the reduction stabilizer 1650.
