FIG. 16G includes an alternative embodiment of a reduction guide with reduction guide 1660c. In one embodiment, the reduction guide 1660c includes a fastener 1682 configured to couple the reduction anchor 1630 to the reduction stabilizer 1650. Those of skill in the art will appreciate that the fastener 1682 may be any variety of fastener. For example, the fastener 1682 may be two parts of a snap, a screw, a recess and a post, or the like.
