The reduction anchor 1630 also includes a front surface 1638, a back surface 1640 (See FIG. 16G), an anterior surface 1642, a posterior surface 1644, a proximal surface 1646, and a distal surface 1648. The reduction anchor 1630 may be made of a variety of materials such as plastic, PEEK, metal, or the like and may be fabricated using additive manufacturing.
