FIG. 16D illustrates the tibia 224 after reduction. The resection guide 1020b has been removed. Advantageously, in certain embodiments, one or more fasteners 1010 used for the resection guide 1020b can also be used with one or more of the complementary components 930. For example, the two fasteners 1010 used for the proximal bone attachment feature 1058 can also be used to position and orient the reduction guide 1660a.
