In one embodiment, the resection guide 1020 may include an alignment guide 1046. The alignment guide 1046 may be a part of, connected to, or extend from the body 1032 or may be a separate component. In one embodiment, the resection feature 1022a extends from the medial side 1038 to the lateral side 1040. In certain embodiments, the resection feature 1022a may be positioned near a proximal end 1051 of the resection guide 1020 and may extend from near the anterior side 1034 to near the posterior side 1036 and the resection feature 1022b may be positioned near a distal end 1053 of the resection guide 1020 and may extend from near the anterior side 1034 to near the posterior side 1036.
