FIG. 11E illustrates a resection guide 1020d that, like resection guide 1020a, includes a single resection feature 1022. In the illustrated embodiment, the resection guide 1020d may include one or more stops 1047. The stop 1047 serves to prevent resection beyond a certain, point, line, or plane.
