Resection guide 1020a includes a single resection features 1022 in the shape of a “V”. Another resection guide 1020 (e.g., resection guide 1020b) may be configured to facilitate forming a wedge resection that opens to a medial side of a distal tibia and/or ankle. The resection guide 1020b may include two resection features 1022, one for forming each side of a resection wedge.
